Probably everybody would benefit from some therapy - but most people don't need much, and the approach of Cognitive Hypnotherapy is geared to helping people get the results they want and usually in less time than they might expect.

This is very different from the traditional idea of watching a swinging watch or losing control - sometimes it doesn't even involve you closing your eyes for more than a few seconds.

I am fortunate to have trained with Trevor Silvester of the internationally acclaimed Quest Institute whose training program and qualification process is one of the most thorough in the country.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern and unique approach to a powerful means of helping people - and is significantly different from the traditional schools of Hypnotherapy.

It takes recent understandings of how the brain works, ideas from NLP and a modern view of the every day nature of trance (ever daydreamed your way through a meeting or a car journey?) and weaves them into an approach that can achieve amazing results in a short space of time.

The flexibility of my approach means that most people with emotionally based problems can be helped - so if you are committed to changing, I can probably help.

As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, I act as your guide to help you find the best way to the solution of your issue, so it's an active collaboration because everyone already has everything they need to solve the problem - they just need help finding it.

I don't believe that one-size fits all and my comprehensive training with the Quest Institute allows me to fit techniques to each client on an individual basis.

As my client, you can expect a truly unique approach geared completely to you and delivered by someone who really gets to know your needs.

Please call, see contact details below, to discuss how Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help you.

It's important for you to be comfortable as the relationship between client and therapist is key to the success of any therapy.

Therefore an initial chat is worthwhile, so that once we have spoken, you can know I'm the right therapist for you.

Some people prefer to communicate by e-mail initially and that's fine too.
